Getting started
1
Choose your starting point
On first run, pick where to begin. Everyone starts with the deep-core basics — there's no rush.
2
Press play and listen
Each session is voice-guided and counted out loud, with an animated guide and a breathing pacer. You can train hands-free — no need to watch the screen.
3
Build the habit
Follow the 6-week program — Connect, Build, Strengthen — a few minutes a day. Your streak, sessions and minutes are tracked automatically.
Frequently asked
What is Coreline for?
Coreline is a calm, guided program for rebuilding deep-core strength, including recovery from abdominal separation (diastasis recti). It's for anyone working on core recovery — postpartum or not, including men — who wants a clear, conservative path rather than guesswork.
Is it free? What does the unlock include?
The app is free to download. The Foundation stage exercises and all the Learn education are free. A single one-time purchase — Coreline Full Access, £8.99 (no subscription) — unlocks the Build & Strengthen exercise libraries, the full 6-week program, and progress tracking.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchase. Because it's a one-time unlock tied to your Apple ID, it restores for free on any device signed into the same account.
Can I really train without looking at the screen?
Yes. Every session announces each exercise, counts your reps and hold-times out loud, and cues your breathing, so you can keep your eyes closed and focus on form. You can turn voice, tones and haptics on or off in Settings.
Is this safe after pregnancy or surgery?
Coreline follows a conservative, evidence-informed progression, but it is a general fitness and education app — not medical advice. Please check with a doctor or qualified physiotherapist before starting, especially after pregnancy or surgery, or if you have any pain. Stop anything that hurts.
What is "doming", and why does the app mention it?
Doming is when the middle of your abdomen pushes out into a ridge during effort. It's a useful signal that an exercise may be too much for your deep core right now. Coreline teaches you to watch for it and ease off — there's a short Learn article dedicated to it.
Does my progress sync across devices?
Yes, through your own private iCloud. If you're signed into iCloud, your progress follows you to your other Apple devices. Nothing is sent to us — see the Privacy Policy.
How do I set a daily reminder?
In Settings, turn on the daily reminder and choose a time. It's a local notification on your device with no personal information in it.
Health disclaimer. Coreline is a general education and fitness app. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always check with a doctor or qualified physiotherapist before starting any exercise programme. Stop if you feel pain or hard doming, and seek help if something doesn't feel right.
